This is my story.

Describe How You Want to Feel at Christmas Dinners/Parties
The same way I did for Thanksgiving. I want to enjoy myself and the foods around me, but in small portions, not over indulging. I just enjoy being around my friends and family, so I want to make sure the parties aren’t just about the food… For me or anyone else struggling.

The weight you wish to be Christmas morning: 185lbs
Day 1: Stats: Height, Current Weight, Goal Weight or Ultimate Goal Weight
Height: 5’5”
Current Weight: 200lbs
Overall Goal Weight: I’d like to be 140, but I know I’m big boned and muscular- so if I’m happy with my body and don’t feel the need to lose any more fat, I’ll have reached my goal.

Today was the largest food holiday of the year. I can honestly say I’m proud of how well I did. Even my cross-fit super cool physical trainer brother said I did well… (His approval is a big deal. Doesn’t happen often!). I ate all of the delicious foods, but in small portions. I didn’t go back up for seconds. I didn’t over indulge. When I began to feel myself get full, I quit.
And let me tell you… IT FELT AMAZING. I’m used to the typical 3 packed plates during Turkey Day, but this afternoon, I couldn’t even finish one. My hard work has paid off- my stomach is shrinking. And today, I stuck with it ;)
However… I do have a desert date tonight. Gotta keep my head up and continue on this path!
love the quote!
